After we have set you up on our system, we choose a few and get started.

We love to offer our professional advice on homes, but we also sincerely want to know what you think of each house. The more you tell us, the faster we learn what you like. Which cuts out seeing homes that aren’t a fit.

My wife and I moved from Winnipeg to Edmonton  in October 2023. We were referred to Kimberly  by the realtor, who sold our home in Winnipeg. She was a veteran agent who knew Kimberly's work ethic.

From the outset, we were  pleased to work with Kimberly. She was like family. She was working not just with my wife and I but also with  our daughter in law. My son and his family were residents of Edmonton for almost nine years. We wanted to be closer to them.

Kimberly was very professional. She asked a lot of pertinent questions  and provided honest feedback.

Throughout our time together, it became clear to us that our Edmonton realtor was patient and knowledgeable. She knew the market well. Many of the homes we were introduced to were close to our designs.

We are thankful that we found the home that we were looking  for close to the date of possession of our home in Winnipeg.
